The Charlie’s Chicken Concept Was Founded And Perfected By Charles Randolph Over 40 Years Ago In Muskogee, Oklahoma. There Are Approximately Twenty Locations, Mostly In Northeastern Oklahoma. We Own And Operate Seven Of The Restaurants; Located In Broken Arrow, Claremore, Tahlequah, And Three In Tulsa. We Are A (Qsr) Quick Service Restaurant, But Most Of Our Food Is Homemade. Our Food And Atmosphere Attracts Food Lovers Of All Age Groups. Charlie’s Is Most Famous For Its Charlie’s Chicken Chunks® But Has Many Other Popular Dishes, Including Its Meatloaf, Chicken And Dumplings, Catfish And Homemade Dressing. Its Broccoli Grape Salad, Carrot Cake And Banana Pudding Are Also Big Hits.
