About Midtown Tulsa
Boundaries: Arkansas River to Yale Ave. and I-244 to I-44
Midtown Tulsa is the geographical area located just outside Downtown Tulsa. The exact boundaries of Midtown have never been officially established, but most agree that the area surrounds every direction of downtown until reaching the highways on the north and south side, Yale Avenue on the east side, and the Arkansas River on the west side. It is within these boundaries that possess beautiful homes from the 20?s and 30?s when oil money was booming in the states of Oklahoma and Texas. A record-breaking amount of restaurants, bars and shops are strewn throughout this district, including the popular blocks of Utica Square and Brookside. Restaurants in Midtown Tulsa range from famous chains to unique ? one of a kind ? establishments. Shops in this district would leave anyone, even the most professional of shoppers, occupied for days on end.
