About Jenks
Boundaries: 33rd W. Ave. to Yale Ave. and W. 61st/E. 71st to 121st St.
Jenks is a city of its own in the 918 area code and represents itself with a vast community of families, professionals and students. The Arkansas River is what separates Jenks from Tulsa, although both cities network together nicely for entertainment and amenities. Jenks is also home to the Brookside District created in 2005 becoming one of the top choices to attend for dining and entertainment. The majority of the population is, however, high school students. The striking High School seemingly became a community all on its own expanding to 4 buildings total. Many families have been known to relocate to this area for their children to attend Jenks High School. Jenks is the perfect location for families while still providing popular entertainment in their Brookside District.
