Breaking ground in June of 2016, the endeavor by Nelson+Stowe Development and the Ross Group officially opened December 10th of the same year. Less than a year out from the Boxyard's emergence to the public, the micro-retail shopping center was fully leased. With 20 different businesses in occupancy, it could arguably be the densest retail in Oklahoma.
