4th of July in Tulsa Our 4th of July WOD will be the team wod "1776" & it will be dedicated to those who have fought for our freedoms.
Event Details
This year's 4th of July Community WOD will be "Team 1776". (Teams of 3) This event is dedicated to honor those who have fought for us & those who continue to make sacrifices for our freedom.
Workout is designed to be performed as a team of 3 (Register for 3 if you are signing up for you & your teammates).
We will offer heats every hour running from 8:00am to 10:00am with groups of 30 athletes in each heat. (Last Heat will go at 10:00am)
Gym will open at 7:30am to allow for warm-up time.
• If you are not currently a CrossFit 51 member, you are still welcome to join us! We ask that you arrive early to your heat time to allow for warm-up time & complete a waiver.

*Team must complete a total of 1776 reps of workout & must complete 148 reps at each movement. Teams must start from the top and work down the list of movements in order. ***ALL movements can be modified.
