Amy Hamilton and the SoundScapes Tulsa team are excited to guide you through an intentional soundscape immersed in the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, crystal pyramids and other sound instruments.

All are welcome and we are grateful to Shambhala Tulsa for sharing their sacred space with us!
Bring: Mat, blanket, pillow, & anything else you'll need to feel comfortable laying on the floor.

SoundScapes Tulsa offers public events and private sound immersion sessions that promote relaxation, release, and healing. Through curated sound, the practice calms the nervous system and activates gentle but powerful frequencies to spark release and cultivate greater inner awareness.
